Nothing, everything was great.

We arrived to find our room with the window open and no heating, despite the chilly temperatures outside. The bathroom heater didn't work at all. It was quite uncomfortable throughout the night. On top of that, the bed was too small for someone over 180cm. However, the location of the hotel was amazing, right in the middle of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cleanliness.
